Stripe and PayPal charge their standard processing fees, taken from each payment before it reaches you. Minnya subscriptions are billed by our merchant of record, which handles VAT. Cancel any time.
Questions sellers ask
Does Minnya take a percentage of my sales?
No. Minnya charges 0% on every plan. Stripe or PayPal take their standard fee for processing the payment, the same as if you used them directly.
Who is the seller — me or Minnya?
You are. Payments go into a Stripe account or PayPal account in your name, and your buyers’ contract is with you. Minnya provides the page, checkout and order tools.
Do I need a Stripe account already?
No. You set up payouts inside Minnya with your ID and bank details; there’s no separate dashboard to learn. If you already take money by PayPal.me you can add that link instead.
Can buyers pay over WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is for conversations. Minnya adds chat buttons with your message pre-filled, and for custom work you send the buyer a Minnya payment link — so the payment is always protected and recorded.
Will ChatGPT recommend my shop?
Nobody can promise that. Minnya makes your page easy for assistants and search engines to read accurately — products, prices, availability, policies and who you are — and shows you what to improve.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Free pages live at app.minnya.com/yourname.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Your page stays online on Free. Pro-only blocks and features need removing before you publish again; nothing you made is deleted.
